Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests should be addressed to: secretariat@atcsa26smitcsidelhi.co.in
  • Cancellation requests during July (31st) 2026 will be considered with a penalty of 50% of registration fees.
  • Cancellation requests during August -September (30th) 2026 will be considered with a penalty of 75% of registration fees.
  • There will be NO refund if we receive the request after 1st October 2026 onwards.
  • Cancellation requests will be processed after the completion of the conference within one month by Jan 2027.
  • Applicable taxes (18% GST), bank charges, and online charges will be non-refundable at any moment.
